We are delighted to present our dining options as follows.
B/F Speakeasy Dining: Born & Bred’s signature tasting menu at KRW 350,000 per person.
Reservation by phone (+82 10 4983 5005) and open 1 day ONLY on 1st day of each month for
following month.
The signature tasting menu offers an array of different cuts of Korea’s finest Hanwoo (Korean
beef) cooked in various ways and accompanied with culinary using seasonal ingredients. A
total of 19 to 20 courses and accumulates over 550g of Hanwoo per person.
Operation Hours: 18:00 - 22:30
- For individual reservations, there is a single seating starting at 19:00. Children must
be over the age of 7 years old.
- For group reservations and venue rental, the starting time can be adjusted from 18:00.
G/F Lounge Dining and Butcher Shop: choice of simple dishes from Lounge Menu and the
steak from Butcher. Reservation by Catch Table App only.

- Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00
- Dinner: 18:00 - 22:00
1/F Casual Dining: choice of Korean BBQ from A La Carte menu and the Casual dining tasting
menu at KRW150,000 is available with advance booking. Reservation by Catch Table App
ONLY for 3 months advance booking.

- Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00
- Dinner: - 1st Seating: 18:00 - 20:15
- 2nd Seating: 20:30 - 22:30
Casual dining Recommendation Course, Assorted Beef Platters and Shabu Shabu requires the
minimum 1 day advance booking and same day booking will not be valid.
Casual dining Recommendation Course can ONLY be reserved based on even numbers of
guests.
2/F Private Room Dining: Born & Bred’s tasting menu at KRW 180,000 for lunch and KRW
250,000 for dinner per person respectively. Reservation by Catch Table App ONLY for 3
months advance booking.
Lunch: The tasting menu offers an array of different cuts of Korea’s finest Hanwoo (Korean
beef) cooked in various ways and accompanied with culinary using seasonal ingredients. A
total of 8 to 9 courses and accumulates over 300g of Hanwoo per person.
Operation Hours: 12:00 - 15:00
Dinner: The tasting menu offers an array of different cuts of Korea’s finest Hanwoo (Korean
beef) cooked in various ways and accompanied with culinary using seasonal ingredients. A
total of 13 to 14 courses and accumulates over 400g of Hanwoo per person.
Operations Hours:
- 1st Seating: 18:00 - 20:00
- 2nd Seating: 20:15 - 22:15
Deposit:
To secure the reservation for any multi-course tasting menu, the deposit of KRW50,000 for
Casual Dining Recommendation Course and KRW100,000 for Speakeasy and Private Room
Dining Course per person is required respectively and can be paid via a secured payment link
that will be sent by email.
Additionally, KRW10,000 per person is required for Casual Dining reservation.
Please note that your reservation will automatically be cancelled if you do not arrive 30
minutes after your reservation time and the full deposit amount will be charged as penalty.
Dietary Restrictions:
Please notify any allergy or dietary restrictions in advance in order to make the necessary
arrangements.
Corkage:
BYO wine will be corkage free and we will provide glasses per person as follows. Additional
glasses will be charged at KRW10,000.
- Casual dining: 1 glass
- Private room dining: 2 glasses
- Speakeasy: 3 glasses
Other liquors and spirits will be charged at KRW50,000 per bottle. There also will be a charge
for decanting service at KRW50,000 per bottle and an ice bucket chilling service at KRW30,000
upon request.
Cancellation / Amendment Policy:
- 8 days in prior: no charge
- 7 days to 1 day in prior: 50 % of deposit amount per person
- Actual day: 100% of deposit amount per person
Reservation call hours:
- Daily: 11:00 to 22:00 (Breaktime between 15:00 to 17:00)
- Tuesday: Closed
